A power outage affected customers in Howell, Jackson, and Lakewood on Saturday, November 2nd. According to JCP&L, a trip in one of their substations affected about 13,000 customers starting at around 12:40 p.m. Almost all power was restored just before 3:00 p.m. with the exception of one circuit that crews were working on.Outage link: outages-nj.firstenergycorp.com/
