The stormy, windy weather led to power outages late Saturday. As of 9 p.m., UGI reported 855 customers in Luzerne County were without power, with 359 outages in Franklin Twp. and 335 outages in Dallas Twp. ABOVE: Motorists make their way around a fallen tree Saturday on Wyoming Avenue in Kingston.
