SDG&E's power outage map reported about 5,300 customers in Golden Hill, Little Italy, Balboa Park, and downtown San Diego were unexpectedly without power on Saturday evening, Oct 19. San Diego Fire-Rescue Department responded to a complaint for an electrical problem at 701 Kettner Blvd. at about the same time.
