Emerald Peoples Utility District reported approximately 900 customers affected this morning by outages. As of about 8 a.m. Monday, the outages affected areas of Noti, Junction City, Marcola, Mohawk, Cottage Grove, Lorane, Springfield, Jasper and Fall Creek due to snow. Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) showed hundreds of customers out of service as of 11 a.m. The largest concentration of outages was in the Santa Clara area, with one area showing 227 customers out of service at about 4:30 a.m. Monday.Outage link: www.eweb.org/outages-and-safety/power-outages/power-outage-map
