Several communities are facing power issues as winter weather moves out of Northeast Arkansas. In Jonesboro, the stop light at the intersection of Race Street and Caraway Drive is currently out. City Water and Light is reporting 206 people without power. Meanwhile, the Craighead Electric Cooperative is reporting 115 people are without power in Strawberry. and 199 people are without power near Marmaduke. No word on when the power could be restored. North Arkansas Electric Cooperative CEO Mel Coleman said 1,500 people were without power in Sharp County. Entergy Arkansas reported 1,012 customers in Leachville were without power.
