More than 20,000 Livingston County homes and businesses were without power Wednesday after a thunderstorm rolled through the area.According to DTE Energy's Outage Center, more than 8,700 customers in the Howell area 4,700 near Brighton had lost power. Most of the outages were reported around 3 p.m. Wednesday. There were no estimates for when power would be restored.
