According to PG&E’s outage map, a power outage was impacting about 1,850 customers in the Highland and Webster neighborhoods in Oakland. The outage started at 2:32 a.m. PST. The estimated time for restoration is 11:15 a.m. PST. The preliminary determination is that the outage was caused by an equipment issue.
