Thousands of customers were without power in west Omaha on Tuesday morning, July 30 according to Omaha Public Power District. According to OPPD, a circuit lockout caused the outage between Harrison to Howe streets from 116th to 132nd streets. As of 9:20 a.m., nearly 800 customers are without power in Douglas County and nearly 150 customers are without power in Sarpy County.Outage link: ww3.oppd.com/power-outage-map/
