According to Consumers Energy's outage map, there were about 3,823 customers affected in Grand Rapids Wednesday morning. Additionally, The National Weather Service announced a winter weather advisory on Wednesday, Nov. 1 for Oceana, Newaygo, Muskegon, and Ottawa counties.
