The inclement weather is expected to extend into the weekend and portions of the Mid-South are under a flood watch Thursday. As of 7:45 a.m. Sept 12th, according to the Memphis Light, Gas, and Water outage map, there were 32 separate outage events impacting 3,504 customers in various parts of Shelby County.
