Residents in the area of Franklin Street are without power Friday after a pole was hit by a vehicle, according to ComEd.The power outage is in the area of Franklin north to Eighth Street and Hamilton Street west to State Street, according to Lockport Police. ComEd is at the scene and estimates repairs to be completed within 6 to 8 hours, police said.
