As of 11:35 a.m., Tuesday, Mar 12, OPPD’s outage map showed about 3,300 customers without power. According to OPPD, two neighborhood circuits went down at about 10:40 a.m. The affected area of one circuit stretches roughly from Fort Street to Blondo Street and 196th to 216th Streets. The other circuit is roughly bordered by County Road 38 to the north, south to Ames Avenue, and between 168th and 240th Streets.
