Much of Christian and Todd County spent some of their evening and overnight hours without electricity, thanks to animals who got into places they were never meant to be. Just over 5,500 members in Todd County, including all of Elkton, were in the dark due to a racoon who got into a substation. Crews were out quickly and were able to restore that outage in a little over an hour.
