Between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 6th there will be a scheduled power outage in Falls City from 19th and Fulton west to Fair Ave and south to East 16th then south to Highway 159 affecting Nemaha Ave. and Valley Ave. Electrical services outside of the area will not be impacted. A map of the affected areas will be posted with this story on the Falls City Utilities social media page. The reason for the outage is to facilitate the removal of overhead lines and the installation of underground lines for the Falls City Sacred Heart south parking lot improvement project.Outage link: www.fallscitynebraska.org/our-community/utilities
