Many Westchester customers were without power Saturday morning, August 10 due to the remnants of Debby hitting the area. According to Officials, the bulk of the outages were centered in Eastchester, Scarsdale, and White Plains. About 1,000 customers near White Plains were without power during the morning. About 600 customers were also powerless around the New Rochelle area. By the afternoon, Con Edison reported one partial outage. The area in the Briarcliff Manor and Scarborough still had nearly 600 customers without power on Saturday afternoon.
