An estimated 4,000 customers lost electricity in Sacramento Saturday morning, Jun 22 when a breaker tripped, triggering a power outage. The affected area was midtown, East Sacramento, Curtis Park, and Oak Park. Power has been restored to customers affected by 1:00 p.m.
