A power outage was reported in Duluth after a dump truck hit a power pole Tuesday morning, June 18th, causing a power outage for about 1,750 east Duluth customers. The power outages were reported in the area of 18th Ave. E. and London Road. About 1,750 Minnesota Power customers were experiencing an outage Tuesday morning.
