A part of downtown Topeka was experiencing power outage issues. As of 2:15 p.m. on Monday, August 26, over 750 Evergy customers were without power in downtown Topeka. The impacted area includes part of Topeka High School and the blocks between Southwest 10th Avenue and Southwest 4th Street.
