Power was out for about 18,000 DTE Energy customers on Monday afternoon, after thunderstorms darkened skies and brought heavy rains along with thunder and lightning.Some of the outages include:
• 1,194 in Dearborn Heights• 1,467 near Walled Lake• 1,297 west of Brighton• 2,577 just east of East Lansing• 1,547 along M-59 in Utica• 498 in two outages in Rochester Hills• 298 in Clawson• 3,323 near Algonac and the Canadian border• 963 near Port Huron• 715 in Yale on the north side• 537 in downtown Detroit
