As of 3 p.m. Saturday, just over 1,000 MidAmerican Energy customers were without power, according to a news release. Crews are making progress with just over 1,000 customers currently without power. Since the start of the storm event, we have restored power to almost 15,000 customers. We expect most of the remaining customers to be restored within the next three to six hours.
