Thousands of northeastern Colorado Springs and Pueblo customers were without power Wednesday morning, August 14 after a large power outage. The outage in northeastern Colorado Springs was first reported at 5:23 a.m. According to Colorado Springs Utilities, the outage affected over 460 customers. In Pueblo, over 1,000 Black Hills Energy customers were without power after being hit hard by hail on Tuesday.
