Storms knocked out power to more than 8,900 Dominion Energy customers in Central Virginia on Saturday afternoon, August 3 with the majority of the outages in Charles City, Dinwiddie, New Kent, Petersburg, and Prince George. Most of the remaining outages were concentrated in Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, and Prince George.
Chesterfield: 349 customers affected
Colonial Heights: 239 customers affected
Prince George: 490 customers affected.
