Power outages are being reported in the Heartland on Thursday, March 14. A line of storms moved through our northern counties in the late morning hours, but more storms are expected early this evening and tonight. According to Citizen Electric, a transmission issue is the reason for outages in Cape Girardeau County and repairs and switching are underway.
