A power outage knocked out electricity to 3,800 Consumers Energy customers in the western part of Branch County and another 3,700 in St. Joseph County on Wednesday morning Dec, 20. The outages were first reported at about 6:45 a.m. and were mainly between Colon and the Branch County Memorial Airport.
