Xcel Energy’s outage map reported power outages affecting thousands of customers in their service area in Colorado on Saturday afternoon Apr 6 due to High winds. The most affected areas are Boulder with 16,728 customers impacted, Louisville 3,643 customers impacted, and Nederland with 2,653 customers affected. There are also power outages in Arvada and Golden in Jefferson County. Larimer County is also affected in Fort Collins and Laporte. The estimated time for restoration is not listed yet.
