More than 3,500 Pacific Gas and Electric Co. customers were without power for about an hour Tuesday afternoon, May 28 in Sebastopol. A power failure started at about 1:10 p.m. and affected 3,545 customers south of Highway 12 and Bodega Avenue, according to the PG&E outage map.
