Thousands of customers in central Omaha lost power after severe thunderstorms moved through the area Wednesday 15th night. Power was restored to thousands around 6 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the Omaha Public Power District, more than 3,700 customers were without power from two circuit outages in Douglas County. The first is affecting about 2,100 customers between Pratt and Blondo streets, between 52nd and 74th streets. The second is affecting about 1,500 customers in central Omaha between State and Browne streets and between Wenninghoff Road and 72nd Street.Outage link: ww3.oppd.com/power-outage-map/
