Appalachian Power is reporting hundreds of outages across Southwest Virginia. In Central and Southwest Virginia, multiple outages have been reported. Just north of Lynchburg, more than 600 customers are without power. West of Blacksburg, about 300 customers are impacted. AEP is also reporting more than 200 customers without power near the North Carolina border. In Carroll County, about 200 customers are without power.
