About 17,000 Met-Ed customers are without power in south-central Pennsylvania. The National Weather Service in State College has issued a winter storm warning until 1 p.m. for a region that includes Franklin, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, and Cumberland counties. According to the Met-Ed outage map, in their service area, the most affected counties are:
Berks County, 4,651 customers are affected.
York County, 1,642 customers are affected.
Franklin County, 1,530 customers are affected.
Huntingdon County 1,000 customers are affected.
