Oncor reported power outages impacting about 8,861 customers in their service area on Thursday afternoon, May 16. The most affected areas are Belton in Bell County with 1,509 customers affected. Killen is also affected with 717 customers without power. Nacogdoches has 540 customers impacted and East Arlington has 460 customers impacted. The estimated time for restoration is around 5:00 p.m. for some areas. The cause of the outage seems to be related to the severe weather in the area.
