The power went out for 13,000 Seattle City Light customers in Ballard on Sunday morning, October 27 after a bird nest came in contact with energized wires. The outage was reported around 8:00 a.m. and power was restored before 10:00 a.m. Another outage affected about 250 City Light customers in Lake Forest Park was reportedly caused by a tree or vegetation.Outage link: www.seattle.gov/city-light/outages
