High wind gusts overnight mixed with oversaturated ground from all the rain we have had in the Valley have caused thousands in our area to be without power. According to FirstEnergy, more than 1,500 customers are without power as of Saturday morning. The majority of the outages are in Austintown, Canfield and Ellsworth Township. According to FirstEnergy, more than 5,600 customers are without power as of Saturday morning. Almost all of Hubbard City and Township are reporting outages. FirstEnergy is also reporting nearly all Lordstown customers are in the dark.The city of Niles uses its own electric department. They have reported multiple outages with no time of restoration provided. In Mercer county more than 800 customers are without power as of Saturday morning. South Pymatuning Township and Sandy Creek Township are experiencing the majority of the outages.Outage link: outages.firstenergycorp.com/oh.html
