Nearly 14,000 homes and businesses lost power after Thursday night’s windy rain storm in Sacramento. As of Friday morning, according to Sacramento Municipal Utility District’s power outage map, more than 400 people are still without power. Those most affected are in Arden, Florin and near the Sacramento Executive Airport.
