Thousands of Pacific Gas & Electric Co. customers lost power Friday morning, Nov 8. The map showed that 1,102 customers in the Applegate area of Placer County experienced the outage at 6:22 a.m. In the Somerset area of El Dorado County, 4,838 customers lost power at 6:40 a.m. PG&E did not release details on what caused both outages.
