A Lenawee County Drain Commission dump truck was fully engulfed in flames just after 11 a.m. Wednesday in Adrian, after the machine struck overhead power lines while dumping brush into a compost pile near the intersection of West Maple and Springbrook avenues. The fire overtook the truck, sending smoke billowing into the sky.
