Possible internet scam from Jane, 371 Little Falls Rd unit 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009, USA

I have received 2 different packages from Jane and I didn't order anything from there

I ordered a shirt that was too small and wanted a larger size. There was nowhere listed that I could return to except the Jane address. I too think this is a scam and I am stuck with a shirt I can't wear!

I just ordered from them too. The shoes I ordered are too small, they won’t take them back. They asked if I would take $7 for them! Idiots, I paid over $100.00 for them. Here is the email that I located on a @thank you” from them. support@24hservice.vip They are Chinese frauds and scammers. Do order from this company.

I just received a scarf from the 371 Little Falls Rd, Suite 4, Cedar Grove, NJ and I didn’t order it. I’m checking now to see if I ordered anything. 😡😡😡😡

Saw an ad on Facebook for clearance sales on garden planters and placed the order on June 19th. It says that the planters are 8ft long by 2ft wide, and they are made in the US.  I received the receipt in the mail from Boutique discount shop <support@westarshop.com>. My credit card was changed on June 21st by ASL* eqyra London for the same amount in my receipt, and I only used this credit card once for the whole month. Since I hadn't received my order by the end of June, I contacted the customer service email in the receipt support@qiyuerun.com (which is different from the sender's email). They sent me a tracking link (https://www.17track.net/en) and I saw that the package left the shipping facility on July 6 (after they charged my credit card) from Woodridge, Illinois. On July 15th, it showed that the package was delivered to my mailbox. I was home the whole day and I went out right after the postman came but I didn't see the package for the planters. I emailed back the customer service explained that I never received my order even though it showed it was delivered. I exchanged a few emails with the customer service. However, I suspect that there was a robot on the other end because whoever wrote the replies didn't seem to have read my emails. First they said my neighbor might have taken my package, then they said they can refund me but need to change me the shipping fee since the package was shipped from China (in the ad, it says that the 8'x2' planters were made in the US!). Strangely enough, on July 15 I received a small plastic envelope with a USPS Lightweight shipping label and a kid size fleece beanie in it. The sender is Jane, 371 Little Falls Rd. Ste 4 Cedar Grove, NJ 07009. I Googled and found this website. Then I checked the tracking number on the USPS Lightweight shipping label. Guess what? It matched that of my order of the planters. It turns out I was scammed!  They charged me almost $80 but sent me a useless ugly colored beanie.  I went to check the "View our store" in the receipt they emailed me. It didn't work (the page can't be found)! They didn't have an online store and all they did was to scam people. After reading the posts on this website, I was very concerned that these crooks would post more fraudulent charges on my credit card. Then I called my credit card company and reported the fraud. I received my new card today and I just want to share this story so other people can report these crooks and get their money back.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. These scammers are getting good. I also received a scarf. I immediately dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Same as other complaints. Received harmonica. Never ordered, can't use, don't want. Charged $38 via PayPal. Dispute made. Not hopeful.

I ordered 7 pair a pants on Aug 17 for $30, yesterday I received a scarf full of horses, not what I ordered. It to came from Jane.

Should have known it was too good to be true. I ordered the 6 pairs of pants, then added a spaghetti strap dress.... I received a plain white shirt in the worst fabric ever. It looks super cheap. So glad I used PayPal so I can attempt to get my money back plus they can't see my acct info.

I had the same experience. Took 3 weeks and instead of several pair of pants I got a single, cheap white tee shirt. I hate scammers!

Today I received a cheap T-shirt in the mail from Jane at the Little Falls Rd. Address. A scammer for sure and I don't think there is anything I can do to get my money back. And since I live on a small social security income this hurts.

PAFK. I just received a harmonica in the mail today and after reading the above I expect it's arrived in place of some Middle Eastern-style men's clothing as they are the only thing I've ordered to date and not received. I've reported it via chat to this site.

Yup me too - ordered the '6 dresses' and just got a harmonica. So now I guess I'll learn to play harmonica. LOL. Who is this Jane and how are they getting away with this????

I received some earrings from this same “Jane” at the same address. I did not order anything. This must be some sort of scam, but the fact I didn’t order anything is really strange.

Same here saw an ad on FB showed a company in Colorado to buy a Carhart jacket. I placed the order an received a e-mail that looked suspicious. I did a search on the address it came up as possible fraud. I canceled the order but the cancellation was not put through I just received another e-mail asking why, but I could not reply to the e-mail. I called the bank to dispute the charge then received the jacket in a 4X size not the 2X ordered not reciept or way to contact for a return RIP OFF Now stuck with 4X jacket.

Yeah,i feel so dumb…Ordered 2 “Ralph Lauren” cashmere sweaters for my husband. Waited a month, a package came UPS with the Jane NJ return address. NOT Ralph Lauren, NOT cashmere, one came size L the other is 3X, no invoice or packing slip, very cheap, no labels at all. Checked the UPS tracking number - does not exist. My card was charged, I am SOL. I didn’t even get a harmonica!!
