You have a mail clerk who works at there! It seems like this employee which is the oldest there, short, bald, and wears glasses at the front desk has a negative attitude towards customers and is not polite at all specially with my younger brother who’s a Cancer patient went request service with a confirmation number cause he didn’t receive his package and was denied the service very unprofessional and with a negative attitude.
