A few months ago someone called me on my phone sounded just like my grandson and he was in jail and this man is supposed to be his lawyer said he needed x number dollars to get out of jail and he thought I could help since I was his grandmother could help. So I ask questions and 6000.00 and never heard from him again I call Queens Police department and they're young helpful and to keep his address where I sent the money. I told that I had his name and address and they told me they didn't have time and be more careful next time basically. I am so upset About it I just don't know how they made his voice sound like my grandson and she did.

You should have a safe word for all your relatives, grownups and kids. I got a call fro my “ grandson” and when I asked for our safe word, he hung up. Just make sure they keep it secret and maybe change it occasionally, like a computer password.
