Received the first shot of the Pfizer vaccine on 3/9/2021 in late afternoon. Initial shot was painless and no side effects. No soreness or symptoms same evening. Woke up following morning with mild soreness in the needle arm, no other noticeable symptoms or side effects. So far, so good! | Symptoms: Soreness
