received small pkg. from address 2522 E 37th st./ Vernon, CA 90058. Name is Jada Noel. I see there are ALOT of people getting strange packages.

I received a package that I did order but not from Jada Noel,but that's who I received it from. Anyway the merchandise that I ordered is very much not what was shown or advertised it was supposed to be a ble to defend myself. What I received is more like a toy so I would like to return it and I need to know how to do that could you please help me. Thank you so very much for your time and your help in advance.
