Question for all that received packages they never ordered.Did everyone here order from a web site that was offering cheap Christmas display products right after Christmas? if so then that site looks to be a scam and we need to report it to authorities. I did further research and found out that this address is at an Amazon facility in Coppell Tx. The distributor may be using this address for cover so they can't be identified. Everyone should do everything they can to stop their credit card from being charged for these incorrect items.

Yes, that does explain it. I looked at the site...but knew enough not to order anything. all a scam. I am going to report it to my credit card company immediately.
I ordered from this site assuming it was a scam. CORRECT! I just received a wool cap with all the tracking fingerprints back to the ad for cheap Christmas items. This could be a "tracer" to see if more purchases can be made on the card used for the Christmas items. Watch you card balance!
I called and disputed my credit card charge for an order for an electric scooter chair. Never received. After 2 emails to them with them sending me a tracking site, nothing ever delivered. I'm sure my American Express will freeze any future dealings with them. Total scam. Today received a sun hat that I wondered where it came from. After reading these comments, seems all the same company. Charge came up on card as CTB*ONLINE GENERAL SHK
I too just received an item not ordered and ordered some cheap Christmas yard decorations. Should I dispute the money charged to my cc?
