Package has been sitting there for 2 weeks. No updates. Before arriving there it had an estimated delivery date, then usps stopped providing a delivery date. Every day when I check on the tracking it updates the last notification with the current date, saying that as of today my package is delayed. Completely unbelievable, I live 30 mins away. If they aren’t going to give us a way to contact this horrible center they should at least create a way for us to put an alert on our tracking number to try to get the facility to locate the package they lost. Complete stupidity.
