I placed an order for some Willow Tree figurines. I never received them but two weeks later I received two pairs of socks in the mail. When I contacted the company they would tell me to be patient and that my items would be sent to my home within 15 to 20 business days. I placed my order on 2/16/23. I sent my first email to them about my missing items on 3/9/23. I’ve asked for my money back and they only respond is your items will get there in 15-20 business days.
