CBGINSIDE is the seller. Once I contacted them they began the "negotiations" by offering a 45% refund provided I send the pen set back at my expense. I declined the offer and the next day received an email, increasing the refund to 50%. Again I declined and haven't heard from them since. If nothing by 1/23/23 I will file a dispute with my credit card company.
