I placed an order from JCP usa thinking it was JCPenney. Was given a tracking number. After weeks and weeks of waiting for my order I was told it had been delivered. It definitely had not been. I emailed the company several times and was told that my order would be reshipped and was given a different tracking number and once again after weeks of waiting and several more emails I was told it had been delivered. Again it had not been. I finally asked for a refund and was told that the shipping fee could not be refunded. After many more emails I was told that I would receive a refund for the items ordered and $3 if the $15 dollar shipping fees I paid. I have yet to see a refund.
