I placed order and received a confirmation of order on the 31 August. Paid money - taken out of my account. Have not received the order. Messaged many times - received answers in foreign languages that I do not understand.

Sheni fasing shop, Placed order and had confirmation on the 31 August . I have sent a number of emails - always reply in Chinese a language I don’t understand . Order never received.
