I ordered a garden strimmer and paid £39.74. on 6th July 2023. After waiting 6 weeks, a small parcel turned up, and they had sent me a cheap thin scarf. I have been messaging numerous times since but still don't have my refund

I have similar issues, ordered bed side tables and go crappy sunglasses, pound shop ones are better. Trying to get refund is impossible, I'm going to ask my bank to reclaim money and cancel bank card, so the company cannot charge me again
