I had made an online purchase with this company in September 2024. I was a little concerned because there was a little or no information about the company on the Internet or website that I’ve had visited. It proclaimed to be written up in Forbes and a bunch of other well known places. Was delivered. And I tried it for one month. In fact, I had ordered a two months supply and wasn’t even quite finished with the first month supply. I happened to look at my checking account and saw that there was an additional charge I have $119.85 From the same company. So I immediately got on the phone with the company, nutrition . And they said it was a subscription. I told them that I was not aware it was a subscription and I did not want it. The product was not doing what it was advertised to do not ship anything. So they said they canceled the shipment. They also said they canceled my subscription and I would not receive any additional charges. I told them that I had contacted my bank and put a fraud alert on that dollar amount. And she said that I would have to return the product. She did not indicate anything else. A few days later the product came in. I took pictures of the unopened package , I made a return label. And took pictures of that then I went to the UPS store down the street and shipped it back to the address that was on the package. The package was delivered to. Nutriation At 1777 Abram Court unit 2001 San Leandro, CA 94577–7011. That was on November 1 at 8:05 AM and signed for a person named.Zin. So even though I have given pictures of everything to my bank, they are still trying to disqualify my claim, unless I can provide from this company proof that they received my return. And it looks like I’m not gonna be able to do that because the bank said they would not except just, the proof of delivery from UPS what can I do?
