Not sure if it's a scam, Scenery trade company limited Hong Kong.

I ordered from this company nearly a month ago . I got a legit tracking number I tracked it using the parcels app.i have been emailing the seller all along the way who keep reassuring me that the packages are coming . My problem is I ordered large items and small items they gave me one tracking number when I asked them about it they said they use a large shipping company and reassure me again it's on its way . Every 2 days I get awaiting at new facility on the tracking number info. It's been in the US for just over a week maybe week in a half but has been shipped for 20 odd days. This company has only been active for maybe 9 mos. Has anyone else experienced this from them? Did you get your packages?

I made a order the last of August, got a tracking number said it was delivered but no package. Contacted Oliver at this same company he ask if he could resend the items, I agreed, this week it showed delivered again, no package. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY and then play games.

OMG, this is what I am dealing with. How can we get this looked into?
I am having the same problems. If no satisfaction within a couple of days, will go to credit card fraud.
THEY GOT ME TOO RETURNS HAVE TO BE MAILED TO CHINA
I also talked with Oliver. First they advertisment was for "Deluth Traiding" Not who they where. Never recieved anything. Got them to finaly agree to refund my money. Still nothing. They are a scam
Same here..........except I got the shoes, wrong size wrong color..........email from Oliver asking for a tracking number, ect. they sent nothing to my email when I ordered. STAY AWAY !!!!

I ordered an item of clothing on 2/10/25. I also received an Email with updated info after I asked them about shipment from Clover. Still no package and no result from tracking site.
It's all a scam that I fell for, too. Oliver is a bot and the shipping company Piggy Express has a fake website with no working links. Hopefully this is the last I hear of them since I gave them credit card info.
SCAM - do not use any of these companies - take the money and run organisation based in China, with superb English when they want to, and horrendous when they do not SCAM ARTISTS I used them to buy some shoes which arrived, utter rubbish! Sent them back, and they "Never Arrived", despite DPD Saying they did. Who do I believe? A Parcel company or a Chinese Company??
