I received goods (3 sweaters), but neither hand-knitted nor wool, but completely synthetic fiber and some of the Norwegian patterns printed on them. It's been my turn to email Oliver for days now that I want to send it back and I've now been promised a 30% discount if I keep the goods. At least I've received the address to return it by now and have a look at the post office to see what the fun should cost.
